REGULATIONS OF SHOPPING IN THE ONLINE SHOP: e-Goldcar

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The following regulations govern the purchase of e-Goldcar.
2. The terms of sale are further defined by applicable law and possibly individual arrangements between the Seller and the Buyer.

4. The price shown does not include shipping costs.
5. Shipping costs are set separately for each shipment country depending on the quantity and value of the goods purchased.
6. All the items in the offer are factory-new and free from defects.
7. All information obtained by the Seller from the manufacturer is given in the description of the auction.
8. The seller is selling on-line only.
9. There is no possibility of personal receipt of goods, even after prepaid.

COURSE OF TRANSACTIONS

1. Clicking on the "Place Order" in the third step of ordering is equivalent to concluding a sales contract with the Seller and giving the buyer the obligation to pay for the goods purchased and the cost of its delivery. Clicking this button means that the Buyer knows that it is his responsibility to pay to the Seller for the purchased goods.
2. After adding the selected items to the "basket" in the second step of the ordering process, choose the method of payment and the delivery entity (Polish Post or GLS courier). Delivery options and delivery prices for a given option may vary depending on the type of product purchased. These are always given in step 2 of the order "Delivery and Payment".
